Brenda Palestina is a Houston-based director, actor, and teaching artist. She is the proud Co-Artistic Director of Happy Hour Readings here in Houston, a curated, community-driven initiative that has quickly grown from a monthly play reading series at Rec Room Arts into an emerging producing force dedicated to developing and supporting the next generation of theatre artists. Brenda is passionate about empowering students to be their most creative, brave, and talented selves.
