BRIAN KONDRACH

Biography

Brian Kondrach is an improviser, performer, and commercial actor from Dallas, TX. After moving to Houston in 2009 he mainly focused on improv and sketch comedy. Spending some time in Los Angeles, he’s worked with UCB LA and improv comedy legends Will Hines, Chris Gethard, and Kevin McDonald of Kids in the Hall. A lover of comedy, he’s worked with Station Theater and ComedySportz, and is proud to be a part of Preston Street, the two-time, second place winners of The Riot Comedy’s Funniest Troupe in Houston competition. He is also a recipient of the “Best in Show” and “Cast That Looked Like They Were Having The Most Fun” awards from Cone Man Running’s Spontaneous Scattering Play Festival. He’s a teacher of improv and comedy, who has worked with many actors through ComedySportz, and taught acting and auditions at Parkes Parkes Center for Modeling and Acting. He is an active member of the ComedySportz pro team and loves the collaborative nature of the improv world.  He is a graduate of the University of North Texas, and also regularly produces episodes for The Jim Carrey Project podcast.
