This workshop is for performers who struggle with feelings of "freezing", tension, and nervousness. Instead of fighting anxiety you'll learn practical, performer specific tools to stay grounded, present, and in control. Learn to identify the fear response, and practice the best ways to emotionally regulate through body, breath, gesture, and visualization techniques. We’ll break down the 5 essential pillars of performer self care that build confidence and lead to a sustainable, healthy career.
